Refund policy
Return Policy:
Our 30-day return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to assess the issue and work towards a resolution.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get the product you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union:
If your order was shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. As mentioned earlier, the item must be in the same condition as when received, unworn, unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically through your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund.
